| Christy Wood, Senior Vice President, Administration |

| Ms. Wood, Senior Vice President, Administration joined IHC
in 1997 as an integral part of IHC’s Marketing and Business Development
Department and was later promoted to Manager of Self-Funded Administration,
then to Vice President, Inforce Administration. She oversees the day-to-day
management of administrative activities for all IHC individual, small group and
large group products. |

| Ms. Wood graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science
degree and is currently working on the completion of her Master’s degree. She
holds an Arizona Life and Disability Insurance license. |
