Pete Wirski - President, Chief Operating Officer

| Pete Wirski, President and Chief Operating Officer, joined IHC in 2007 and is
responsible for the company’s overall operations. Mr. Wirski has spent most of
his career in the health insurance industry and has held several executive
leadership positions. Prior to joining IHC, Mr. Wirski was a director at FCG, a
leading professional services and consulting firm focused on healthcare and
technology. He also worked at ACS, a global fortune 500 company, and a premier
provider of diversified business process outsourcing (BPO) and information
technology outsourcing (ITO) solutions to commercial and government clients
worldwide. Prior to ACS, Mr. Wirski was VP Operations and CIO of CBCA/USIA, a
leading national third party administrator (TPA) of health insurance products.
