OnBase Administrator

The position works directly with the Systems Development Director and business customers to define requirements. The position will create specifications to be used by developers and project managers in constructing the system. This position is also responsible for performing the quality assurance testing of the system. As a member of the Systems Development team this position is working in a dynamic environment and will provide significant contributions to assure that high quality results are achieved. This position provides technical support to the customer in regard to all aspects of the OnBase system and other systems/applications as needed.

Directly supports the VP of Accounting by performing or leading all functions related to the collection, coordination, consolidation, reporting and charting of monthly financial and statistical information. This position is responsible for the distribution of financial reports for internal and external use. Ensures that all documentation complies with company's regulations and professional standards.
